I'm a student of international business in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The vast bulk of my studies is dedicated to economics and languages, and these fields seem to perfectly suit me. I adore English and prefer to watch movies, read books and sometimes even chat with my friends in English, although our native language is either Ukrainian or Russian.

I'm keen on cycling and although I don't have the possibility to cycle often, I like to have small trips in spring or summer when I can go to the forest or just relax while enjoying the solitude, being surrounded only by nature and some close friend.

I'd been dancing for 11 years, and dancing helped me to visit almost all the countries that I've been to. And these are Spain, Poland, Russia, Lithuania (I and my friend were hosted by a family), Bulgaria, Germany.

Now I'm travelling either with my boyfriend Anton or with my friends. My goal is to discover the whole world, and I am extremely thankful to Couchsurfing for the opportunity to do it cheaply while meeting unique people all over the globe :)

I'm an obsessed bookworm, so if I have some free time in the evening, chances are that I won't go out with my friends but rather read some interesting book. I like reading several books simultaneously, preferably in different languages (Eng, Rus, Ukr).
So, here are some of my favorite books: '21 Lessons for the 21st Century', 'Atlas shrugged', 'The Fountainhead', 'Martin Eden', 'Freakonomics', 'Misbehaving: The Making of Behavioral Economics'

I like different styles of music but my preferences highly depend on my mood. I can listen to everything if it manages to echo in my heart :)
My favorite artists are: Placebo, IAMX, Nothing But Thieves, She Wants Revenge, Arctic Monkeys, Hollywood Undead, Imagine Dragons, Eminem, Ludovico Einaudi, Ocean Jet, Poets Of The Fall, Reamonn.

In movies I prefer psychological thrillers and dramas but, again, can watch anything if it suits my mood and thoughts. Among my favorite movies are: 'Inception', 'Shutter Island', 'Fight Club', 'The Green Mile', 'The Great Gatsby', 'Schindler's List', 'The Life of David Gale', 'The Butterfly Effect'.
