My name is Lena, I'm 22 years old and from Germany. I've been to America as an Au Pair in Chicago for one year and now I'm studying in Halle/Germany trying my best to become a teacher.

My friends would describe me as a loyal, fun and easy going person ( if not, I need new friends)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm an open minded person and love travelling as much as nothing else (but food..). I already have some Couchsurfing experiences and it was just so much fun to get in contact with new people and to listen to their stories and experiences. ( I don't have any references yet because I was always travelling with friends who used their Couchsurfing account. But well, you have to start somewhere :) )

I just love meeting people from all around the world and to get to see as many different places as possible in my little life.

Interests

I love to hang out with my friends, to hike in the nature, lay in my bed with Netflix and Chips or to play soccer/tennis.
Everything is better with cheese on top, just sayin.

My interest in music is difficult to describe since I just listen to a wide range of different artists and interprets. From German Rock bands, classical music or just charts , I can be amazed by everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leaving my home country and all beloved ones to jump into the adventure of being an Au Pair in America was pretty awesome. I met so many amazing people along the way and it definetly changed my point of view and my personality, in a good way.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can bake the best chocolate cake with vanilla cream and coconut flakes on top. Says my mom.
