I am Lena, a 22-year-old psychology and biology student living in Vienna. Ever since I moved here four years ago, I have been in love with the many cultural opportunities, the beautiful historic architecture, and the amazing parks and especially the Danube Island.

I believe beauty is all around us, we just have be open to seeing it.

I welcome everyone with an open heart, without judgment, and try to see each person as a unique individual. I love honest, open conversations and am a really good listener. Other people’s lives and experiences fascinate me, and I am always eager to learn more about different perspectives and beliefs. I try to stay open-minded and non-judgmental and would describe myself as spontaneous and flexible, happy to go with the flow.

Music is a big passion of mine. I love going to concerts and festivals, dancing all night, and playing the piano (and more recently also the guitar). I would love to exchange favorite songs and discover new music styles! I also enjoy being in nature, swimming, reading, and painting. Languages are another passion of mine, and I’m currently working on improving my French.

I discovered solo traveling about two years ago when I overcame a fear of mine and traveled to Egypt alone for the first time to learn scuba diving. It was an amazing experience, and since then, I have tried to travel solo more often and can’t wait to continue my journey.
