ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as easy-going, reliable n open-minded. I just don't get on too well with people that
- just always agree and adopt other people's opinions
- can't do anything on their own and always need someone to accompany them
- are indifferent to everything
- complain about everything all the time
- complain about boredom. When I'm bored, i do something against it, so that I'm not bored anymore!

Furthermore, I would describe myself as spontaneous, curious n adventure-loving.

Friends n family r very important to me n I would do almost anything for them.

Since spending 8 months in Russia n 5 months in Scotland, I've got the travel bug. If I had the money, I'd probably be home quite rarely. When I've finished my studies n saved up enough money, I'd like to do a world trip n visit all the people that have surfed my couch by then;)
When I was younger, I doubted that traveling on one's own could be fun but since I've tried it, I came to like it a lot as one finds out so much about oneself. This time, however, I am traveling with a childhood friend, can't wait to explore Russia and Mongolia with him.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got to know about cs through a friend in 2008. had my first couchsurfing experience in vladivostok(far east of russia).Surfed in Finland and Russia, met great people there, with some of them I'm still in contact.
So far, I've hosted people from the States, Canada, Argentina, Belgium, England, Germany, Portugal, China and Brazil. Hope that there'll b a lot more nationalities that I can add to this list;)
oh yeah, when I've been to Yakutsk(far east of russia) for my exchange year, I got to know a guy that's been a member of cs too. He had a fried that was a journalist n who asked us if we could do a tv report on couchsurfing for TNT Yakutsk. It's in Russian but if u want to, i can show it to u n translate;)
