ABOUT ME

I am currently living in Merida, Mexico for the next couple of months for a internship. I am working for and organization that is committed to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS. I am also gathering research to write my thesis on comprehensive sex education with an emphasis on HIV/AIDS prevention and education for indigenous (and too often marginalized) communities.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My apartment here is very small and only has room for one person, so I am not able to host anyone. However, I would love to grab coffee/drinks/food with other travelers. I have been traveling to Merida quite a bit over the past two years and know my way around the city pretty well, so if you just got here and need help getting around or figuring out the bus system, I will be happy and eager to help you.
