Heyy :)

My name is Lena, I am 22 years old and I live in the East of Germany. Currently I am studying sepcial education in Leipzig.
I have way too many hobbies. Some of them are playing the cello and saxophone, knitting and crocheting, hiking and running and bouldering/climbing, being outside and I also really enjoy reading books. I am a huge fan of anything related to history and old stuff (castles, ruins, old books etc.); i made it my job to teach about it :)

My all time favourite activity is trying out something new, so the list is evolving rapidly!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Me and a friend of mine will be in Reykjavík, Iceland from the 9th to the 13th of October and we would love to stay with some kind people :)
We think it’s such a huge oppertunity to connect to a country, a city and its people on a more natural and deeper level, rather than satying in a hotel.

Very hard question :) ...if I had to choose: my favourite songs right now would be "The Heart is a muscle" by Gang of Youths and "Welcome to Japan" by the Strokes, my favourite movies probably "Blade Runner" and "Spirited Away" and my favourite books are "Rebecca" by Daphne du Maurier and “The Shadow of the Wind” by Carlos Ruiz Zafón.

I was an exchange student in the US in 2018/19. Such a life changing and wonderful experience :)
