Thank you CouchSurfing for simply giving a framework for something that was part of all my past travel experiences:

..crashing on couches of friends or people you simply get to know randomly during your trip;

Intereses

I sing and play the violin in the most amazing band ever (Têtes de Brique - check us out on FB, youttoube, soundcloud); love spacing out& dancing to good music - makes me feel free!; painting, poi spinning, using my bike every day for every way; gaining energy through jogging in nature and chilling in the sun.
....what I probable enjoy most is spending moments with people over a glas of wine (or two) where you are losing track of time and everything else, cause you are so much into the conversation...at the same time I cherish my "Lena time" ;-) with me - myself and - I
