I think it is good to touch the earth everyday and to smile. Mmmm People tell me I'm weird in a good way, cute, talented, perhaps intimidating, tough.
I wonder about the decision maker behind every person. I wonder of Human Potential and connection to All Our Relations.

PHILOSOPHY

Constantly we are seeking but all we need is so easy to find, we already have it.

Some themes of interest are explored through singing-songwriting, drawing, painting, journal keeping. I dabble in Yoga Arts, Slacklining/Climbing, Combat Mime, Sailing, Kayaking. Self Education and active knowledge seeking in areas of Nutrition (Raw Spirit, Magically Tonic Herbs, Sally Fallon style whole foods, fermentation, sprouting...), Nature Connection/Wilderness Awareness/ Primitive Skills, Self-Improvement, Creative Visualization Manifesting Dreams
Cacao!, getting into wild bodies of water, guitar, writing, reading, playing (in grass, on swings, riding a bicycle), sporadic dancing, social dancing, preparing foods, gardening, self-sufficiency, community-sufficiency, enticing and delectable conversation

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Wandering through Manistee National Forest to come upon the sight of a log nestled into the moist earth...a microcosm of vibrant green life. Growing from the bed of moss and ground cover, all growing out of this damp log, thread like stems topped with flowers reminiscent of arugula blooms...was it golden root?
Floating on the surface of an inland fresh water lake with the sunset crossing the sky...the moon nearby, closed to summer solstice time.
So much awe in rainbows that encircle the sun, moon-dogs, rushing waters, fog....
Sharing Healing Touch/ Massage. Laughing so hard one's belly hurts...all this is amazing!!
