About Me
My travels started in January 2015, after finishing my studies and with the intention to take a break from conventional European life, trying to work to be able to make a living, not living to work and for work only anymore.
After traveling through NZ for two years, mostly living in Wanaka, I came back to Europe with my partner to work a winter season in the French Alps. I worked as a chalet host till may and then travelled down to Moliets to volunteer in a surf camp followed by volunteering in a yoga retreat for 4 weeks. After exploring Netherlands and visiting my family in Germany I came back to the Alps for another winter season, which is where I currently am.
I love travelling around, meeting people, learning about different cultures, ways of living. I am an open-minded person, always keen to learn more about myself, see aspects of life from different perspectives and angles. I am an explorer, ready for new challenges and whatever life is going to bring. I embrace my inner child, which means that I can be quite silly sometimes. I laugh and giggle a lot and take life easy. Doing yoga, making music, and being out in nature are essential things in my life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To learn about life and the big world we know so little about. I want to meet people that challenge my perspective on life, teach me things I don't know and take me to places I haven't seen yet.
