Je suis une Prof. de Pilates. Certainement pas l'Américaine typique ou femme. Je suis une technologie et une science la personne, très propre, j'aime tous les aspects de vie et je suis facile à vivre. Typiquement, je préfère détendre et aime les loisirs particulièrement quand les plages, des montagnes ou des forêts sont impliquées. Je suis tout à fait féminin en apparence, mais ne laisse pas cette tu confonds. Je suis d'accord avec rupture un ongle, transpirer ou sale. Je jouis vraiment aller manger dans un restaurant pour nourriture, le vin et la conversation.

I'm a Pilates Prof who is in love with education, life and movement. Definitely not the typical American or female. I am a technology and science mind person, very tidy, enjoy all aspects of life and pretty easy going. Typically I prefer chill vibes and enjoy leisure activities especially when beaches, mountains or forests are involved. I am quite feminine in appearance but don't let that fool you into thinking I am above breaking a nail, getting sweaty or messy. I do however enjoy going out to partake in great food, wine and conversation.

I live 20mins outside San Francisco, CA if you plan to visit.

I have lived in Maine, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, Arkansas, Idaho, Nevada and California but have visited just about every state.

I love Life and meeting new people. The cultural exchange is exciting. I enjoy art, climbing, the beach, mountains, lakes, hot springs, hiking, snow, boats, dancing, movies and music of all kinds.

I’ve been to just about every state. I still need to explore the mid west and Great Lakes. It’s time to visit more countries. Looking to make some lasting friendships.

I prefer to stay with locals when traveling verses hotels because I get a more authentic experience and insider tips. Plus it is more fun to share life experiences and have a cultural exchange.

I enjoy spending time in our family home in Tahoe, CA, going to the beach, hiking, yoga, Pilates, dancing and great food. I spend a lot of my time being a mom to an active 10 year old, writing, reading and developing my Pilates business.

I love photography, videography and graphic design. It use to be my profession and I am open to share tips and give feedback.

Singing has been a part of my life since I can remember and I am more that happy to do it with a chill groups of people. ( I also dabble at the guitar)

Happy to teach a yoga, pilates or fitness class. I use to be a professional photographer and do web/graphic design so I can take some photos or give advice on your projects.
