At the moment I'm enjoying life the way it comes, by traveling, meeting people, learning, working, and spending time with family and friends. I can be very social, enthusiastic, positive and hospitable. Being in nature makes me happy, as well as being active, creative and being around people I love.

I spend a lot of my time on educational work: nature and environmental education for children, and teenagers in highschools. But also some language education for children with a migration background.
At the moment I'm helping with the organisation of a festival on agro-ecology in Ghent. I love gardening and digging the earth, I'm experimenting with perma-culture and learning through experience. :)
I spend quite some time on renovation work and eco-construction together with international volunteers at the place where I grew up in Limburg.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm traveling a lot in Europe the last years, mostly fixed projects with wwoof or workaway, but when I'm only passing by for some days I really like to couchsurf. I have a big interest in people, love to hear different stories and see cities and villages from inside. On the other hand I enjoy hosting people myself, it brings the world a bit closer and it gives me the chance to give something back after all the hospitality I experienced during my trips. I like the fact that there is no money involved. Sharing instead of consuming, and meaningful interactions on the way.
