Heyhey my sweet angels! I am Lën, 27 years old and I– like pretty much everyone on this page I suppose – love to travel. I've always had this ache in my heart for the unknown, for people and the stories they've got to tell – let them be funny or sad, terrifying or heart-warming. My love for stories is also the reason I am studied Literature and Languages at University. So whoever you are, however you are, I would love to get to know you and and the places you love, hate and everything inbetween.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

My first encounter with Couchsurfing happened to be a German TV show, called 'Auf drei Sofas durch..' or in English 'On three sofas in..'. The presenter of the show would explore a city via Couchsurfing and the people he had the pleasure to meet as his hosts. This show was really eye opening to me as it demonstrated a completely new and different way of travelling and meeting new people. And I told myself that if I would be old (and brave :D) enough to do it myself, I definitely would!

兴趣

I really like to read and write, going to the cinema, to the theatre to the museum, watch films and listen to music. Queer-Feminism and climate activism and social justice are the core values I live by. They are also part of the art I am creating or strive to create.

It is really hard for me to choose out of many many great works of art I have enjoyed so far.. but if I must I would say.. some of my favourite artists are Karen Duve, Judith Hermann, Anna Kow, Ingeborg Bachmann, Patti Smith, Ottessa Moshfeg and many more.
I also love to watch random performances.
