i have been integrating work and travel for the last 3 years, spending most of my time away from home, which makes me treasure home even more now

ABOUT ME

Im 32 year old, woman who has been back in her home town for nearly three years, after a big overseas adventure. I live with my partner just out of the city about 4km, and am working again in the arts, but this time i get to travel a lot across Australia - so that is amazing. I am nesting a little bit so it is always nice to have international visitors come and stay.

PHILOSOPHY

i live peacefully, trying to do as little damage to people and the earth as possible, i also like laughing, learning, loving, and taking big adventures, its good for me...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

ive mainly stayed with friends or friends of friends and it has always meant ive meant amazing people.. and experienced great things.. had my first proper exp of CS via this site and had the best time ever back in 2006.

im into art, community, local and global actions, women's and queer community, cooking, traveling, reading, experiencing new communities and the way they do things, DIY, environment - changing climate change, discussing politics, travel and life in general..

at the moment reading about 5 books, i pick them up and put them down, i read different books in different Australian cities depending on my frame of mind - of course, mostly non-fiction though

went to visit a friend in western Samoa - amazing!!! also worked for a short time in central Australia - in a very remote community - also amazing!!!
