I am a young enthusiastic girl from Prague who loves the world which she is living in and want to explore and share with others as much as she can. I am a student of Marketing and PR on Charles University, but don't ne confused. I am not really the type of person who would like to annoy people around her with annoying advertisement everywhere. I am studying this subject, because I am really interested in communication in general. I really love psychology and I am strongly interested in the decision making. I love behavioral economics and creating videos. Recently, I am working as a video editor and content manager in a digital marketing agency in Prague. I am also doing a little bit of copywriting, which is connected with my passion to storytelling. I love to tell stories and I love listening to them. I am doing time to time event organisation, I am a trainer in the NGO AFS ( which is voluntary work), I am engaged in Erasmus+ programmes, where I am (as a member of Youth Proactive NGo) providing to young people around the whole Europe projects, that they can without paying attend and learn something new in different areas.
I am also member of Czech Association for Effective Altruism. I will not describe what exactly do, but I will be happy to share it with you. The main idea is, that we want to give as much money as possible to areas and charities, where they need it the most. I am organising educating workshops and lectures for public to make our project and philosophy more visible. I am also doing workshops on high schools for teenagers to inform them about opportunities for studium or work in Germany. I think, it is very important, because many young people don't even know, how many opportunities they have to go abroad and to even get some scholarship for that.
Beside all activities that I do, I love sports, yoga, learning spanish and of course, travelling. I am also a biker, I love to explore the world on road bike.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

For me, travelling is so much more than only visiting new city, country, whatever. Travelling for me means meeting new people, getting to know new cultures, understanding the background of the society and city or country. For me, it doesn't make sense to only go somewhere, do pictures and move to somewhere else. I respect the inhabitants of that place and want to share with them the way of living. Even for a short time sometimes. Anyway. I think, that the only possibility, how to really experience the place, is to be with locals. To spend time with them, to share a piece of conversation and to have nice time together. And than, if you like each other, you can invite them to visit your homeland and give them their hospitality back!
To sum it all up, couchsurfing is for me a way to really experience the place where I am travelling to, it's a way to meet people, who have the same way of thinking like me, it's way of sharing.

兴趣

On the first place, I love to explore, to be active, to volunteer, to teach people.. I love to make my life as various as possible. On the second place, I love yoga. Yoga brought balance to my life and it made me being more calm in general. It is improving not only my physical health, but most importantly, my mental health. I used to be really crazy into sports, working out every day, running etc., but last to years, I gave to my sport plan a little bit of balance. Now I prefer to exercise every day in a bit different way and it is something what makes me happy and satisfied with myself
I have been playing piano my whole life and for 3 years, I am also struggeling with saxofon a little bit. I love music. I love to sing, to jam, to share love and happiness with people through music. I am currently active in a choir in the Czech Republic called "Pražská Kantiléna". We are singing all kinds of songs from folk through religious ones to modern crazy compositions. And to sum it all up, I love to dance. I am the type of person, that dance everywhere, anytime. I can hear just a little bit of music somewhere far and I will start to dance. I love it. I feel so much energy, when I hear music, that I cannot help myself to be just staying on one place.
Last few months, I am starting to meditate. I do it always for 15 minutes and trying to be always more and more concentrated only on my breath and forget everything around me. It is hard, but I believe, that with training I will manage to be better and that this is a way for better concentration and productivity in the future.

I really love healthy food and I love to cook with someone else! I think, that one of the best things on travelling is also tasting new combinations of ingrediences, sharing a piece of culture with other travellers... so I hope, that during discovering and meeting couchsurfers, we will create something great together! <3
