Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is one of the best ways to get to know new cultures! There is no better way to get to know a new place then staying with a local!

Interests

I simply love music, listening to as well as trying to compose some (amateurish) and I recently started trying to be a DJ. As I also love eating, it only makes sense that I try learning how to cook. I consider myself to be vegetarian but am not overly dogmatic about it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The past couple of years I've organised a small private music and arts festival (for some 150 lovely people) as part of the core crew team. We've had live music from acoustic singer songwriters to a Klezmer band and some rock music, had workshops and of course Techno in all its facets through the night. I did overall organisation, booking, stage management and sound engineering as well as some of the basic infrastructure (ie, constructing compost toilets and a FLINTA friendly urinal) and it has been an absolute blast!
