Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm abroad, I like to meet local people.
When I'm at home, I like to help people that like to meet local people. :)
On top of that, I love talking about beer and all things Belgian. The more I think and talk about this place, the less I seem to understand it myself.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on Erasmus in Aarhus, Denmark, ended up celebrating New Years Eve in a beautiful Bavarian town, wishing everyone gutes Neues!

Arriving in Poland by ferry from Sweden at six in the morning and getting picked up by the police less than fifteen minutes later because the path I was taking to the beach went through a restricted area. Oops.

Climbed a (admittedly, small) mountain in Slovakia. Just as we reached the top, a very rainy thunderstorm started. Suffice to say, getting down was more than double the challenge getting up.
