About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discover New Zealand and Australia

ABOUT ME

Hey Guys, I am Lennart 20 years young and a Student in Energyeconomics. I finished school last year and left Germany to discover New Zealand and Australia. Half a year ago I met a scottisch girl in Tasmania (long story) and she was the one who invited me to join couchsurfing. More About Myself: I am interested in Sports. Esspecially in Jogging and Mixed martial Arts and Qui Gong, but no worries, I am mainly doing it to come down after work, I am not interested in Tournaments and fights at all ;-) . I did some tai chi in Tasmania, it isn't that exhausting *g* I would say that I am physicist, because i can keep the velocity of the light in my memory but not my Mom's birthday, too bad and yeah, Somehow I ended up in my Studysubject. Overall I am an open mined easy going person and i really have discovered travelling for myself. At home i have 2 younger sisters one is 16 the other one 11. the younger one is expected to become as tall or even taller then me, by the way I am 1,77. My fahter is dealing with the household and my mom is working as a nurse, so we're everything else then a normal family but we have much fun.

PHILOSOPHY

Sometimes it's the right thing to do the wrong thing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had had my first couchsurfing experience in 2009. It was in Melbourne. It stuck the night before at the airport in Launceston/Tasmania and there i've met Johanna from Austria but she is living in Melbourne since 30 years. The next morning on the plane she invited me to stay one night at her house on the couch, at that was a really great experience. She said that they (she and her Husband) usally not offering such a "service" (thats why they are not registered here) but we 3 had much fun and they showed me pictures from theire journey of western Australia and I showed them mine and we discussed and chat in the very night. From the age they could have been my grand parents but anyway we're still in Contact and i had to promise to write at least postcarts and if i come back to Melbourne. My other first official Couchsurfing experience was in Fidji, Yeah Fidji!! It was really great, I had such a nice host, She helpe me booking my trip, had great meals and conversations together. Overall only good experiences.

Interests

Like i wrote up there I am interested in Physics and I am fixing a lot of computers back in Germany for my friends and family. Nothing special and would not say that I am a nerd, therefore I am spending to much time with my friends or outside at the forest with jogging or in Training. I discovered travelling for me during my journey because it becomes better and better everyday, and I've already met new people which i would call friends. Time by time i am helping my fahter a little bit with our old landrover (there is always something that needs to be done) but this is more his pleasure than mine. My last Jobs in Germany were in the Supermarket at the cash and working in an indoor playground with kids for 3 years. On my vacation in Australia I worked as a furniture mover, a factory hand and as blueberry picker in Tasmania. Overall very good experiences. I would like to work in the Energybuissenes after my studies but i haven't decided what to become yet. I will probably see it during my studies.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a fan of Tony Jaa and Jason Statham and overall like humor movies and action movies, I am reading most of my books on vacation or Holidays, I like thrillers and esspecially Tom Clancy. I Know it sounds a little bit wiered but it's a pleasure for me as well to read science literature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did two Skydives in Germany and did one Bungeejump in Queenstown as well, it was a thrill and challeging but the fun comes afterwards^^. And soooooooooo much more stuff....

Teach, Learn, Share

What i could offer is to teach you maybe something about your computer, depending on which level you are, I am still learning and would like to learn more as well. I startet with baking and a bit of cooking since I am back from vacation but nothing really serious, but If you wanna have a Banabread I am the right person!!!
