Happiness is a journey not a destination. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Don't worry about things you can't control. Positivity creates positivity and negativity creates negativity. So be positive! Don't judge, just listen! and really appreciate your friends and family. Basically don't worry, be happy!:o)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love most types of movies, my old favourites are fried green tomatoes at the whistle stop cafe, last of the mohicans, anything with Peter Sellers, John Malovich, and Goldie Hawn and of course for the cheese of it - dirty dancy and girls just wanna have fun - I love dancing movies. I also love Hitchcock, David Lynch, and anything thats funny, thought provoking, strange and bizarre. As for music, my faves are John Martyn, Talking Heads, Queen, Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, Roxy Music, Jeff Buckley, Bjork, The Beach Boys, Brian Wilson, Funkadelic, Bernard Fanning, Dexy's Midnight Runners, Metallica, the Rolling Stones, Amy Winehouse, Annie Lennox, RATM, Tricky, Reprazent, Mos Def, Salt n Pepa, TLC, DnB, Rock, Hiphop, Breakbeat n lots more. Nabokov and Orwell are my favourite authors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I wrestled a motorbike from 2 thieves a few years ago, and generally chase after petty criminals whenever I see them. It will probably bite me in the bottom one day but it's the principle that counts. Most amazing sight I've seen is a humpback whale, the most amazing feeling was going white water rafting in Zambia and sky diving and sailing in the Whitsundays.

Teach, Learn, Share

I speak French and a bit of Spanish, and I'm learning some Dutch and Thai to get by. I could give you a French lesson if you like and teach a few words of the other languages I know. I could teach a beginners yoga session and give you an amateurish haircut - better than some salons - but not others. I'm an excellent listener and, I've been told, I give good advice. Apart from that I'm not shy about doing hard work and I want to learn alot about everything.
