About Me
Hey Surfers and hosts!
I am a 24 year old student at Boku in Vienna after recently finishing my Bachelors degree at Clark University in Worcester, MA but originally I am from Germany. My major was geography and I am looking to expand on it with the climate change and societal transformation masters in Vienna. I am very passionate about climate change and how to deal with the global issues it will cause/ is causing. I have traveled around the world, and been to all continents but Antarctica. On my first major such trip after high school I started to use Couchsurfing as a way to connect with the locals and learn about and experience different cultures. In my experience you can learn more about a place with a local in day then by yourself in a month.
I have also travelled a lot with my family and am now looking to meet some amazing people during my travels who love to share adventures and special moments. As you can tell I love to travel and have visited alot of places. For me, the best part about Couchsurfing is definitely getting to meet amazing people from all over the world.
I love to cook, read, and enjoy playing more of less any kind of sport. I also enjoy watching good tv shows and would love to share those passions of mine with you.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing to meet people and make new friendships all over the world.
I'm really interested in foreign cultures and love to share my own if you're interested in Germany.
Also as a Student I'm travelling on a budget so saving money is always great.
In my opinion you discover more of a City in one day together with a local then you can runnning around for a week or even a month on your own (I cannot reiterate this enough).
Couchsurfing is a great way to find friends and create lasting bonds, which is why I am here.
Some of my best friends I talk to almost every day I met on this app, which is what this is all about in my opinion.
