I'm a 24 years old guy who is tired of delaying his happiness. Traveling and meeting people was always that passion that I kept in the future. "After I graduate". "After I get a good job". "After I learn that language". But I got tired of creating obstacles to my own happiness.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To live. I feel I've lost enough time living the life society told me to live and not living the life I wanted to.
I want to meet different people, with their own experiences and stories to share. I want to see the world as much as I can with my own eyes and when that's not possible, I wanna know it through somebody else's experiences.
I'm here because CS can provide what I think is very rich: the possibility to learn and teach and to share dreams and experiences. It can link different people from all around the world and create a bond purely from their common passion of discovering the world.
Travel the most, meet as many people as you can: live life to the fullest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

• Traveling alone in my very first international trip;
• Attend to Lowlands, Øya and Smukfest, three amazing music festivals;
• Get a ride from a couple in Amsterdam but only to find out later they were Brazilians all along;
• Work as a volunteer in Smukfest (DK) even though I don't know how to speak danish;
• Watch Ásgeir live;
• Watch Susanne Sundfør live;
• When I got to Ásgeir's concert in Amsterdamse Bos, I had a conversation with the staff about how I flew from Brazil just so I could watch him live. Later, I had to leave my seat in the audience because it was raining a lot and the staff asked the crowd to find cover and wait for the rain to stop. When I came back, afraid people would've taken my seat, I found two women from the staff and they waved at me and told me they were saving my spot for me because I came from so far away and I deserved a nice seat. That's probably the best experience I had.

Teach, Learn, Share

Something I can definitely offer is my company and friendship. I love taking people out, showing them my favorite restaurants, cool places and introducing them to my friends.
The possibility to learn about other cultures and teach a little bit of my own is incredible.
I'm sure I can teach you how to cook some Brazilian dish or at least how to make a caipirinha haha
Learn about other countries and hear to people's stories about their trips is the best thing that CS can offer me.
From me you can expect a lot of conversation, your own tourist guide (when college allow me) and someone who will make you leave my city with a least 2 extra pounds in your belly haha
