About Me
So my quick elevator pitch is that I'm a scientist working in clinical research and enjoy outdoor activities, crossfit, meeting new people and standup comedy.
I'm originally from a small costal town in South Africa, moved to Berlin for work and now keen to visit new places, share experiences and help out those trying to do the same.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
About a year ago, in the middle of the pandemic, I got the opportunity to entertain a budding existential crisis and start a new adventure in Germany, which also lead to me joining the CS community.
I've met some amazing people (on here and just in general) who have helped me in countless ways, and while I won't always be able to repay them, I do my best to pay the good deed forward and help out where I can.
What I Can Share with Hosts
All the typical household ammenities: shower, washing machine, etc.
A variety of Google maps lists of places to see in Berlin, street art, etc.
A desk and wifi (please note that internet in Berlin may be deceptively terrible).
Note: I work on the other side of town during the week, so I probably won't be a very "present" host on weekdays.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Botswana, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Switzerland, Wales, Zambia
Countries I’ve Lived In
England, Germany, South Africa
