About Me

***** Special message for the AcroFestival AYLA Reçoit from may17 to may21 *****
As you might understand later in my profile, I'm quite active in the Acroyoga community here in Lyon. Every years we're organising a free convention to welcome people from other communities and make new people discover the wonderful world of acrobatics! :D
Since there is quite a lot of people comming for the event, it's the perfect time to join it with my other passion of meeting and hosting people!
So I plan to host probably a dozen of people at the same time on these days. I might be a bit messy and not super easy to have quiet time alone, but if you're comming for the event and like being around of plenty of people, please send me a request, it would be a pleasure to welcome you! :D
*********

Hi!
I'm a french Mechanical engineer who grew up in the countryside and is now living in France.
In my childhood, I learnt to play drums, and even though I'm not practicing a lot anymore, I kept a deep interest for music. I'm listening to very different kinds of music but mostly old rock, jazz, funk and fusion.
Since my childhood, the nature take an important place in my life too, I'm a big fan of outdoor activities (especially mountain biking). Being connected to the nature is maybe one of the best feeling in the world. I'm also part of the Acroyoga association in Lyon (AYLA) and will never thank enough the couchsurfers who made me discover this awesome sport and wonderful community!
I'm also a curious guy who loves to discover new things about the world and its people. Thus, I always enjoy meeting people with very different cultures, unique backgrounds, great projects and passion. For me, it's the best way to learn how the world works.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to learn about other culture, to share my experiences and to meet new people (especially from other countries/culture). I think living with local and talking around a beer is the best way to achieve these goals. And if I can help people during their life project, I'll always be glad to welcome them!

I also collect the coins from all around the world so you would make me the happiest man if you have a currency that I don't have! :D

Music, Movies, and Books

Black Dog - Led Zepplin, Little Lover - ACDC, Chicken - Jaco Pastorius, Frankenstein - Marcus Miller, Feel - Griefjoy, Ace of Aces - The Fearless Flyers, Surperstition - Stevie Wonder, Une Sorcière comme les autres - Anne Sylvestre

I also like to listen to french songs with commited or poetic lyrics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The californian Redwood is maybe one of the most impressive thing I've seen. Entering in it really feels like being in a Nature Cathedral
