Native of Brazil/Bolivia, lived in Serbia and Argentina and now studying in the UK. I’m a professional photographer while I study and love to travel, meet new people and spontaneous plans. I can also enjoy quiet and some time alone. Basically all that's good. I'm not afraid of going out there, out of my comfort zone. I make friends easily, and I've been told I have a "silver tongue" to talk myself out of or into anything. I can always tell a good story.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm 20 years old, just new to this grand world. This is a great concept and as a social person and student it is doubly awesome! I love to meet people and getting to know the very best any city can offer.

Now that I know about this, I realize that, at least while I'm young, this is the only true way to travel alone. With friends it might be different, but I would still recommend it to all.

I was introduced to Couchsurfing by an altogether amazing group, and it even sounded too good to be true. It's amazing how technology can bring so many together.

Was part of TEDxWarwick for a year and an exec in the Public Speaking Society at my University.

Music, Movies, and Books

Used to be all about Rock 'n' Roll, but I've been open to all music genres lately. Been listening to house as well as reggae lately. A couple bands I love that come to mind:

Not a huge movie fan, but classic comedy is #1, and standup, think: "Airplane!"

Have read the Harry Potters series end to end. On non-fiction: Dale Carnegie's evergreen 1936 book. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look it up!

I make the meanest Caipirinhas (only the BEST Brazilian cocktail ever, if not the best worldwide, and this is not self-awarded) and I can teach you the only way to make it. You'll be making them like a pro
