I study Psychology and just finished my Bachelor's degree in January. In October, I will start the Master. So I guess I'm on a classic gap year right now.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet people from around the world to learn about their culture and habits. So far I've mostly stayed in hostels or hotels when travelling. It is so cool to actually stay with someone who is from the place and has stuff to tell about it. I want to get to know the area through the eyes of a local and not just be there as a tourist who bustles through the typical sights.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite TV show is probably South Park, all time classic! But there are also other shows I really like (I just realized I actually watch a lot of shows): Orange is the new Black, Misfits, Fargo, Bojack Horseman or Money Heist.

I started reading more last year and also started getting more into classics, like stuff by Camus or Orwell. I also like thrillers like Gone Girl. Another favourite book of mine is Metro 2033.

So now about music, where I am not as versatile as with books and TV shows. I mostly listen to Eletctronic music, like Techno (I am from Berlin after all), Drum and Bass and Dubstep. Occasionally I also listen to Rap or Indie music, but I mostly stick to Electronic stuff.
