A story that shaped me:
After graduating college in 2015 I fell victim to the infamous quarter life meltdown that Millennials know too well. In hopes of "finding myself" I purchased a plane ticket to Europe. It is at this point that I tell you not to worry, for this is not one of those tired "boy-quits-corporate-job-to-travel-the-world-only-to-find-his-spirit-animal-and-is-back-to-sell-you-lotions" stories. I in fact ended up missing that flight and was forced to make a decision of where to take my life. So I did what every sound 23 year old would do. I packed up my things and moved to good ole Greensboro, North Carolina for a summer internship. I got myself a dubious 150 cc moped and cruised in what unexpectedly became the best summer of my life; I loved it so much that I decided to stay for two years.

While I've loved my life here, I've decided to go full Kerouac and hit the road. I'm headed to Austin to get my ADD [adventure deficit disorder] cured.

Driving 60 miles in the Hawaiian road to Hana, fearing for my life with every turn but loving every second of it.

Hitchhiking throughout Laos, going from south to north and drinking Laotian whiskey in the back of a pickup truck older than Betty White.
