Music, Movies, and Books

I am a very open person concerning the arts. I currently listen to a lot of Jazz and also the last Rosalia’s album Saoko which is a total masterpiece I think.

I am currently discovering Deborah Levy’s books, an English author and I love it. I am currently unemployed so I read a lot and would be happy to discover new authors while traveling.

Concerning movies, it’s kind of my job to watch them so obviously I love cinema. I would only say that a recent director I like is Hamaguchi Ryusuke, director of Drive my car. I recommend if you haven’t seen it. And I would also like to talk about cinema with the people I’ll meet through this wonderful app.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhike in the middle of Japan while not speaking Japanese very well. And living in Japan for 8 months (an incredible experience in itself)

I could share with you some of my knowledge about Japan, French culture and politics. Also I love to cook and would be more than happy to cook for you as a way to thank you for hosting me, and also for the pleasure of sharing.
