COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
my first experience as a couch surfer was in colombia with my great friend and experienced couch surfer lucas noble. we stayed in an apartment in bogota with a guy named juan. he was a very generous dude and opened his house to us in all aspects, from fridge privileges to using his room to watch movies. the other place we stayed at was in neira a town near manizales. our host juanita jaramillo was a great host. she involved us in her comunity work, she showed us around, we had a great culinary exchange and we helped her with her gardening needs. from her she hopped us to her cousin and sister in manizales which showed us a great time in the city and let us sur on his floor.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
once i was going down a highway on my 1973 beetle and i found on the left side of the street a guy strolling on his wheelchair. i stopped behind him, stopped in coming traffic and moved him to the safe zone. i asked him where he was going and he said "isnt this the street that takes me to....". the old guy was drunk and thought he had a car. i asked him where he was going and i took him there.
Teach, Learn, Share
whenever something is being cut with a kitchen knife and the cut that wants to be made is a fine cut, there are various things that should be looked after. make sure the knife is sharp and use ones fingers as a base to slide the knife up and down. position ones fingers perpendicular to the item and slightly bend the finger
so the side of the knife only touches the part that is bent. this will be the point where the knife slides up and down. remember not to lift the knife higher than the bent part of youre finger or you may risk slicing a bit of skin.
i can share basic photographic techniques, basic cooking knowledge.
want to learn advanced photographic techniques, advanced cooking knowledge, how to fix stuff.
i can give you brief nature tours, i know a couple of spots around the island.
