About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm extrovert, highly sociable, well mannered, a geek in disguise, probably too talkative but that can be controlled by another person by yawning, interrupting me or just telling me to shut up. I love arts, music, movies, videogames, comic books, food, tradition... oh yeah I like to party a lot and i am a heavy drinker, nothing to worry about, it simply takes me ages to get drunk. Apart from that my mom always taught me to be very polite when visiting other people houses, I will avoid picking my nose, steal your toys, chew with my mouth open, pee outside of the toilet hole and lift ladies skirts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I probably spent all my money for the flight ticket, or it is very likely that a girl just broke up with me and left me on a street, or maybe after she broke up with me I am just wondering without a specific destination hoping to find reasons to still alive. (I am joking, whoever is the girl I recently broke up with, can happily go f**** herself <3 )

Interests

I am fascinated by stories and emotions and how these are told or expressed , whether it is the story of a film, the setting of a videogame, the history of a dish, the background of a song, the tradition of a city etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ok... I change favorite films and music pretty much every month... So I doubt they will be the same once we meet.

I'll just list some personal classics.

Movies:
I love old film, I don't like 80% of the recent ones, they have very to say to an audience, despite rare cases. Birdman is the latest film I loved. I love old films, films that due to their contents, themes, obsolete technologies managed to still shake my feelings today. Silent Movies, Nouvelle Vague Films, Neorealism Films are my shit :). But I am always looking forward to discover movie classics, that I have never heard of, in new countries I will be visiting.
There are a lot of films that I enjoy, like horrors, I love seeking thrills from past and present. Cannibal Holocaust, Human Centipede, Nightmare, Evil Dead, are a few of my all time favourites.
Animations. I love animation films, I pretty much watched all of them. From past, present, different countries, for adults, for children. I just love animation is part of my peter pan syndrome. Akira, The Lion King, Fritz The Cat, Dead Leaves, The Monkey King, Galaxy Express, Cowboy Bebop and the list goes on and on

Books:
I don't read a lot... actually at all, I think the last book I read was 5 years ago. I used to read a lot of comic books, dunno why, but I can hardly focus when I read. I also read a lot of plays when I was training to become an actor... which I did not become. S
Some of the books I read and enjoyed are: High Fidelity, The road, The Drive-In: The Bus Tour, No country for old men, perfume, the outsider, a clockwork orange, sleuth.

Music: House, Disco, Funky, Soul, Jazz, Rock, Electronic are my Jam. I Can't list any favourite artist or band, but I am very open minded when it comes to music since it is part of my job and I never get enough of discovering new tunes and sounds.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I said to someone "Yes, I am wrong, you were right". I can hardly believe these words coming out of my mouth, but I have been told it happened... I was probably lying

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn and discover new things from any place and any person I visit. I want to fall in love with a city, a building, a dish, a person, a girl, a family, a culture. I want to share everything I know about

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my cheerful and positivi persona... even though for many is not enough. I have no Idea what I can share with the hosts... of course costs. Like bills, money for groceries, take away, weed, or like manual services like cleaning dishes, the floor, watering the garden. Guys I dont bloody know let's go out for a drink and find out.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, India, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
