Overview
About Me
I'm a computer science student, but also work part-time. Besides that, I like to be outside for a hiking trip, a bike tour or other adventures. I also like to go to small cinemas, play frisbee with my friends, go to concerts. And I also really like challenges. If something catches my interest, I can be very ambitious. For example, to read Japanese, you need to learn at least 2000 Chinese characters, and even though I forgot many of them again, I actually learned more than 2000 in a few months.
Interests
In my free time I do a different kind of sport every semester. I did table tennis, basketball ball, unicycle, ultimate frisbee, juggling and many more.
I enjoy meeting people, meeting my friends, listening to music, watching movies. And sometimes I can get really nerdy about niche things like Tetris or speedcubing (solving the Rubik’s cube as quick as possible).

Music, Movies, and Books
Some artists I like: Amy Macdonald, Bukahara, Jack Johnson, Milky Chance, Nirvana, Parov Stelar, Still Corners. Depending on my mood I can enjoy very different music genres. If you have something unsusual to show, I am interested in getting to know it!
I really like a more art house style of movies. For example, Grand Budapest Hotel is one of my favorites, and a lot of other Wes Anderson Movies are great as well. Some other great movies are: Amelie, Poor Things or The Broken Circle Breakdown.
I don’t read much when I’m not traveling, but I really enjoy it when I do. Currently I’m reading A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A few years ago, I randomly took a Japanese course. I got so interested in the beauty of this language, that I decided to spend an exchange year there, which I came back from last year. It was an amazing time. It’s such a beautiful country, with such a big variety of nature, great food and super nice people.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you have an interesting hobby, which you can give a short introduction to, I would like to get introduced!
I can show you how to solve a Rubik's Cube, if you really want to learn it.
