I also like to convince people that everyone can chose to be part of the solution, and doing nothing is being part of the problem.
part of the solution can be : consume less, trash less, spend money to good/local company, sign petition, strike, riot, donate to NGO...

I'm offer my flat because I feel privileged to have my own flat with a bedroom and separate living-room, hence I must share with nice people. If I can raise their awareness and convince them to take action during their stay, I'm happier :-)

I don't like Hollywood movies or mainstream music because I don't want big corporation telling what I should like, and I don't want to give them money. So I listen alternative radio and watch streaming videos and pay for documentary.
Otherwise, I like sci-fi books/comics.
