Love exchanging advices to each other. Good listener. Good to emphatize in the other one! Reasons and sympathy for "stupid" behaviour is more important to me to understand a human being completely than just criticising others or to persist in one's position. Win-win method in Communication without personal insults which just make any situation worse than before. Namely the opposite of problem-solving behavior. Making compromises are sometimes necessary. Remember, you are happy when others are happy too ;)
