Hey peeps!

My name's Lionheart Aryohalz, and I'm a 40-year-old Italian man from the paradisiacal Mediterranean island of Sardinia.

On top of that, I’m a native speaker of both Italian and Sardinian as well as a near native speaker of both English and Spanish.

In addition, I'm also a proud holder of a Bachelor's in Modern Languages, a Master's in Translation and Interpreting, a Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English and, last but by no means least, an Italian public secondary school English teaching national qualification.

As far as my job is concerned, I consider myself fortunate enough to have succeeded in making a successful career out of my lifelong greatest passion: the English language! That's why I'm dead proud to make a living off of teaching English to kids in my capacity as a tenured, nationally qualified secondary school English teacher.

Outside of my job, I’m a big foodie, a huge travel addict, a fanatical football aficionado, an enthusiastic cinephile, a ginormous literature geek and, more than anything else, a humongous language nerd.

Finally, I also pride myself on being a bit of a poet. Mind you, just a self-taught, auto-didact one at that! So, definitely way more of an amateur than a pro! Still, though: I just love to dabble with poetry! In fact, I absolutely adore it! What I love so much about it is the fact that it allows me to process and express my inner world and, in so doing, turn it into art.

But enough about me! What about you, guys?

I'm so looking forward to meeting y'all! On my word! I literally can't wait to get to know all of you fellow foodies, travel addicts, soccer fans, art lovers, cinephiles, literature geeks, and language nerds scattered all around the globe!

Over the past 5 or so years I've put in over a couple thousand hours' worth of English, Italian, and Spanish conversation sessions with my international language friends and conversation partners from all over the world! So, I feel like that's really allowed me to master the art of conversation, making an excellent conversationalist out of me! As the old adage goes, practice makes perfect! Right?! 😏🗣️💬

I'll share with you my passion for languages and, in so doing, help you learn / practice your English, Italian, Spanish, and Sardinian. Plus, when you're visiting Sardinia, I'll also share with you my Fiat Panda, in the sense that I'll go pick you up at the airport and I'll drive you all around my beautiful island! With its pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters as well as its quaint and picturesque little towns, it's bound to blow your mind and sweep you off your feet! So, it'll be my absolute pleasure to show you all around the Cagliari and Sant'Antioco areas and share with you whatever little historical and cultural knowledge I own about my own Sardinian paradise! 🙃🚗🐼

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

What I'll share with you is my love for languages as well as my passion for the art of conversation. In so doing, we'll get to indulge in a whole linguistic and cultural smorgasbord together! Plus, I'll share with you whatever little culinary knowledge I possess. So, if you're into trying out typical Italian and Sardinian homemade dishes, I'll be delighted to make you some of my specialties. Make no mistake about it: I'll make them entirely from scratch with my own chubby little hands! What's more, I'll drizzle them with a lot of Italian "amore"! That's my secret ingredient! So, don't spill the beans, please! Mum's the word! 🤫👩🏻‍🍳❤️
