About Me

I am an Italian math student who study in Milan. I grew up in Cagliari, Sardinia and I lived for 2 years in Pisa. I like cooking, traveling, and of course I love math. I really don't like writing a lot about me on social but if you want to have more information about me I prefer to answer in private, don't be afraid to ask.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The majority of people write down the phrase ''Couchsurfing is not finding a place to sleep for free''. I strongly disagree and I prefer the phrase couchsurfing is not ONLY finding a place to sleep for free. As money is an important and central risorse in modern day western society and having the possibility of traveling spending very few of it is amazing and not marginal at all. Moreover we alway have to consider that there is a person behold that bed and this makes this service even greater, the chance of talking with people that actually live in the place that you visit is wonderful, they can show you the secret (and perhaps most beautiful) places but also teaching you more about the culture and the style of living. This two element combined make the couchsurfing idea one of the best that I have ever seen.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock,Blues,Jazz,Folk Music are my favourites for example: CSNY, Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Who, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Django Reinhardt, Frank Sinatra, Buddy Holly and so much more; also some italian folk singer like Fabrizio De André, Guccini, Gaber.
Fellini is THE director. I love Fellini and I also love Italian cinema in general, I like Italian classical comedy (Totò, Fantozzi, Amici Miei) but also Pasolini's movies and De Sica's movies. As regards modern cinema I like Tarantino, Cohen's Brothers, Nanni Moretti and Paolo Sorrentino. I'm now starting to learn more about French nouvelle vogue's movies.
I read very often but I don't have any favourite book. I red a lot of Gabriel Garcia Marquez and I like One Hundred years of Solitude, also Pasolini's Ragazzi di Vita is remarkable and Hemingway The Old Man and the Sea is a must read.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very chatty person (You will see) I love to discuss about politics, society and math (specially math) but also I love to talk about everything even the silly thing. I also love cooking and I'm kind of good at doing it (no pressure :D) so if you like Italian food I can cook for you more or less whatever you want and if you have trouble in math I can help you (at least I can try!).
