Born and raised in São Paulo in the north where is the Serra da Cantareira largest urban forest, realized several other bicycle trails on foot, I love camping and going whenever I can.
Degree in gastronomy seek more learning every operation I do. Far beyond the books seek travel increase my culinary knowledge in Angra dos reis, Recife, Olinda and Brasilia lived for short periods of time always working with my area of expertise. I love learning new things, anything !!!
