I'm a Brazilian guy currently studying in the U.S. for a one year period. Been here for three months already.

I'm also an electrical engineering major, hopefully graduating in 2018.

I'm not that much of a book guy, but I've seen my share of movies. The entire 007 franchise, Star Wars, Back to the Future, Godfather (every one of them) are just a few examples.

My music taste varies from classic rock to punk rock. I listen to bands such as The Kooks, The Strokes, The Offspring, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, Kings of Leon and etcetera. My favorite band, however, definitely is Foo Fighters. Gladly I could make to a concert in Brazil once.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Probably that would be spending one year away from my parents, friends and acquaintances in order to pursue a better education. If I could, I would spend more time in the U.S., but soon enough I'm gonna have to go back. Leaving your comfort zone is not that easy.

Well, the main reason I'm in this country is to improve my English and get to know another culture. I like to have conversations about cultural differences. Considering I have already been to other countries, I believe I can share the experience I had in these places. Everywhere I went I brought something with me, as in I absorbed something from that culture.

I believe I can share the experiences I had, how does life in Brazil is, and - hopefully - I can also share how well CouchSurfing has provided me opportunities to travel within the best places in the U.S.!
