I spent one year in Przemyśl and two months in Ukraine working as volunteer to help Ukrainian refugees. It was a very rewording experience. I'm currently traveling around Poland. Right now I'm in Kraków. 🇵🇱👍

Hola! I'm Leonardo from Argentina. I have been living in Paris for a while now so I'm pretty use to meet new people from any country. Plus I'm member of a polyglot association where we organize language exchanges in a bar. I'm the organizer for the Spanish language exchanges.

But this is going to change in a few days because I have big plans for the next two years of my life...

The second April I'm going to Portugal for a five years trip ! I will go as backpacker from Cabo da Roca to Shanghai. Yeah... From the Atlantic ocean to the Pacific ocean! I will be visiting fifty countries!!

This is not only a traveling adventure... It's also a big challenge for me as a polyglot. There is a crazy GOLDEN RULE on this trip : to speak in one of the local languages in every country... No foreign language allowed! So I need to be able to communicate in a total of twenty languages throughout this journey. I can speak half of them at this moment, I will learn the other half on the road...

Of course I will write about this experience, take photos on Instagram to share my two years journey from Europe to China. Marco Polo would be proud... Think of me as Marco Polyglot ✌️😁

I'm very excited to have been able to combine all my passions in one project : journalism, languages and traveling.

The idea is to meet real people and discover the local culture. That's why I think that the couchsurfing mentality will suit me perfect.
