If you are looking for wild party or drinking industrial quantities of alcohol, maybe you're in the wrong profile...or not, I'm a versatile person, I rarely party hard, most of the time I prefer relax meetings and good conversations. Maybe you're thinking "what a boring girl!" or maybe you agree with me. Anyway, you have the choice of writing me or not.

I like to exchange knowledge with foreign people and my own people.
I use to make cantoya ballons, I can teach you how to make them. I'm not still an expert but i can share with you my few knowlegde in cantoya ballons.

I'm a linguist and a professional Spanish teacher that's why I like to learn another languages and slangs. Languages and accents are music for my hears. The sound is the skin of the languages.

As a surfer I ALWAYS READ THE WHOLE PROFILES. I'm respectful with my hosts, their rules and their places. I take care of the couch as my own and I'm looking for learning about the place where I am, the history, the culture, the costumes, etc., that's what I expect and the reason I'm part of this community.

Si estás buscando fiesta salvaje y beber cantidades industriales de alcohol... quizás estás en el perfil equivocado... o no. Rara vez voy a fiestas pero cuando lo hago, la paso bien pero en general prefiero encuentros tranquilos y tener buenas conversaciones sobre cualquier tema. Probablemente estás pensado "¡Qué chica tan aburrida!" o tal vez estás de acuerdo conmigo. De todas maneras tú tienes la decisión de escribirme o no.
Me gusta intercambiar conocimiento con extranjeros y con mi propia gente.

Suelo hacer globos de cantoya, quizá pueda enseñarte a hacerlos, aún no soy una experta en ello, pero puedo ayudarte con lo poco que sé.

Soy lingüista y profesora profesional de español para extranjeros y por eso me encanta aprender otros idiomas y jergas de habla hispana. Para mí los idiomas y los diferentes acentos son música para mis oídos. Los sonidos son la piel de los idiomas.

Como surfer SIEMPRE LEO LOS PERFILES COMPLETOS. Soy respetuosa con mis anfitriones, sus reglas y sus casas. Cuido del sofá como si fuera mío y busco aprender sobre los lugares en los que estoy: la historia, las costumbres, la cultura, etc., Esas son mis expectativas y es por ello que pertenezco a esta comunidad.

° Puedo aceptar dos o tres cervezas, aunque debo admitir que me gusta probar los alcoholes regionales.

I like to go to CS meetings here in Mexico City with the locals, we use to organize dinners, watch movies, salsa meetings, the weekly meeting, short trips, cultural experiences, etc.

I like to talk about Mexico, you know, the food, the History, traditions, etc.

Mexican spanish is very complex, so if you are foreign and you live in Mexico or are planning to, you should know some modisms that mexicans use and are hard to translate. These are some of them:

Caminar para acá = venir.
Ir para arriba = subir.
Ir a ver = visitar.
Caminar hacia adentro = entrar.
Llevar hacia afuera = sacar.
Ir de un lugar a otro = pasar.
Dar vuelta = girar.
Cortar en pedacitos = picar.
Ponerse más grande = crecer.
Quitar la piel = pelar.
Poner en un mismo lugar = juntar.
Dejar ver = mostrar.

Me gusta asistir a las reuniones de CS con los locales, solemos organizar cenas, idas al cine, encuentros de salsa, viajes cortos, experiencias culturales, etc.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had unforgettable experiences here:

- I travelled with people that I didn´t meet before during 4 days, now they're are my friends.

- I walked in the early morning in downtown here in Mexico City.

- I've met places of Mexico that I didn't know they exist.

- I've exchanged postal cards with people around the world.

I remember a Brazilian friend and her courage to come to Mexico City without speak spanish, she stayed for 3 weeks. When she went back to Brazil, she spoke like a chilanga, I loved her way to see the city, I noticed things about this big city that I didn't see before. I miss her.

- He caminado durante la madrugada en el centro histórico de la Ciudad de México.

Recuerdo a una amiga brasileña y su valor para venir a la Ciudad de México sin hablar español, estuvo aquí durante 3 semanas, cuando ella volvió a Brasil lo hizo hablando como chilanga. Me encantó su manera de ver la ciudad, me di cuenta de cosas sobre esta gran ciudad que no había visto antes. La extraño.

I'd like to teach Spanish language, now I'm beginning to learn Portuguese language and I'd like to improve it.
