I'm 19 years old and I'm from Germany. I finished school in June 2015 and decided to take a year off before starting university.
I always wanted to go to America, so I decided to become an Au Pair. Since August 2015 I'm living in the US now and I'm still working as an Au Pair.
I lived for a year in Washington D.C and decided I'm not ready to go home yet. So I continued my America journey. I love exploring new places, that's why I wanted to move some place else.
I've been living in Atlanta, Georgia now for the past 5 months.

During my stay here in the US I was lucky to see lots of places. I've seen all the big cities on the East Coast. With my move to the South I was glad to explore the Southern States and it's big cities. I fell in love with country music!
I haven't really been in the western part of the US, so that's what I'm hoping to explore any time soon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While living in the US I've made incredible experience with couch surfing. You get to meet different people who share so many interesting things with you.
I did couch surfing for a couple days on the Bahamas and had an amazing host there.

I love meeting new people, hanging out with them and making memories with them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While I was on the Bahamas we did a one day trip to Exuma Island.
We went on a speed boat, which took us to the small island. There we had different activities we got to do.
The best thing of the whole day was, that we got to swim with sharks. It was a breathtaking experience.
