CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is travelling. The coming two months I'm travelling through Russia and Eastern Europe with my two sisters which is a great mission! :D

ABOUT ME

I would describe myself as an openminded, easygoing person (or at least that's what I always try to be). People say sometimes that I'm always curious, because I ask that often 'why?'. (hopefully not until an annoying extend ;)) I like to get to know people and learn from them. Besides that I'm pretty down to earth, and always in for a laugh :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because I just fōund out about couchsurfīng I haven't had any couchsurf experiences yet, but willing to host people and show them around Amsterdam when I'm back in town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some people via couchsurfīng while travelling and living in Australia. We went on a crazy tram-laugh-fļashmob in Melbourne: hopping on and off trams and starting to laugh randomly which was an eye-opening and really fūnny experience. In Cairns I met some really cool people via couchsurfīng to go on a roadtrip fōr a fēw days.

Interests

I find out that it's more difficult to write down your interests than you think it is! I'm interested in a lot, lately I'm reading a book called 'mother tongue', which is about languages and how they develop and evolve, and it really interests me! I'm really interested in the brain, and psychology behind it, like: do we have a free will? I'm interested in people and their behaviour. Beside that I love music, playing a bit guitar, and I have a big love for playing soccer!
