I would say I'm a bit obsessed with food, and want to enjoy every meal as if it's the last ! I am specifically interested in the way we produce and consume food and drinks today. I believe there are great opportunities to improve its impact both on the planet and our health.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After 4 years working as an engineer in the field of energy efficiency in Paris, I decided to take a break to travel to other parts of the world with my boyfriend. This trip will be a great opportunity to meet people along our way from the argentinian Patagonia to Bogota.
