I'm originally from Brazil but have been living and studying in Paris for the past 3 years. I love exploring new places, drinking good wine and beer, meeting people and speaking foreign languages! I know, I know, I'm sure 90% of everyone here says the same but what can I say, I'm not the best at selling myself haha.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've had an account on here since 2014 but never got around to actually filling it out. I've travelled a bit these past years and what really struck me was how much the way one experiences a city changes depending if they are with locals or at the cheapest hostel they could find haha.
I've never couchsurfed but after visiting friends all around Europe and having an amazing time I'd like to give people the chance to have the same experience!

As I've said I'm a student and I live in a very small apartment (room, small kitchen, bathroom), although in the center of Paris(Panthéon). I have a spare mattress so if you're looking just for a place to crash or stay for a couple of days feel free to contact me.

My building is quite old so not exactly sound-proof, so I just ask all future surfers to keep the noise to a minimum at night.

Due to the size of my apartment I can only host 1 person at once!!

Interests

I love music! My favorite singers are Lana del Rey, Amy Winehouse, iamamiwhoami. I also listen to a lot of old music but also to the current hits.

Like probably everyone here my passion is to travel. My goal is to visit all countries in the world (one day I'll get there, plenty of time). Even though I'm studying business what really fascinates me is history and world cultural heritage.

I also love to walk around the city and go out to cafés and bars Paris is perfect for that (for the first two at least haha).

Movies: I'm not a huge movie watcher but White Chicks will always be a classic.

Books: I have to confess I don't read as much as I wish I did. I can say though that the His Dark Materials trilogy and Memoirs of a Gueisha were amazing. Baudelaire's Fleur du Mal is also very good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if you guys consider any of these amazing but here they are:

- Walking 10 km to the airport in Cordoba, Argentina to see my friend and avoiding being attacked by a pack of dogs lol
- Going up the Pedra da Gavea mountain in Rio :)
