Hi there!

After a long time of studying in Belgium and Ottawa, it’s time for me to travel the world. I would like to create new friendships across Canada as I don't know a lot of people here, I am more than ready to be open to what you want to share with me or show me around, and I'll do my best to be a nice and fun company for you. I'm now used to couchsurfing and what I love the most is sharing creative moments such as crafting, painting, playing music together, board games... I respect boundaries and I feel confortable speeking when something doesn't feel right to me. Which makes me very present and available when I feel good!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing to have the opportunity to meet local people , to share some moments with them. I think it's the best way to travel. I'm not really into touristic activities, I prefer to see how it is in the "backstage" and have more "one-to-one" connections.

Interests

Lots of them actually... always down to do something artistic/creative even if I don't have skills I'll always find a way to have fun.
Music, I sing and play the piano, I also started guitar during covid time!
Outdoors, hiking, running, camping... I am lucky to have a good physical condition which allows me to do a lot of physical activities.
Feminism, anti-racism... basically being aware of my privileges and acting knowing them (never perfect but doing my best).

I love movies, especially Xavier Dolan's ones, Wes Anderson's, Céline Sciamma's...

About music, I'm also very open (I'm just not really into metal and commercial stuff but I don't know it very well).
Some of my favourite bands/artists : Sevdaliza, Pink Floyd, Queen, Muse, Half Moon Run, Polo & Pan, Aurora, Angèle, Eddy de Pretto, Tamino, Pomme…
I think playing music is one of the favorite things I share with my friends!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling alone in Vietnam for 2 months at the age of 19. One of the best experiences of my life.
Swimming with sea turtles in Indonesia 🐢
Went into the water (Baie des chaleurs) on the 1/01/2023 while it was -7 outside ❄️

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some French, English or Dutch if you want to, even if I'm not a perfect trilingual... I can also teach you how to make pancakes! (it's a small representation of my poor cooking skills)

I am full of energy and I love learning and discover but I'm also really keen into sharing things I know!
