Overview
About Me
Living life authentically, deliberately and meaningfully.
Being forthright and honest is important, and great communication is the secret to quality friendships with others and the self.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I savour the dynamic between host and surfer: the heartfelt giving, thanks, and hospitality.
I host because I enjoy it. To everyone who has surfed with me: thank you. You've made my life richer, more spontaneous, and broadened my horizons.
To future hosts: I hope I can give you that same enjoyment when I surf with you.

Actors: Will Smith's serious stuff, Robin Williams, Jim Carey, James Franco, Heath Ledger, Jake Gyllenhaal, Edward Norton, Leonardo di Caprio.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Raced in the beer can regatta (Darwin) with other Couchsurfers. It was mental, we made a boat from beer cans (donated not drunk) and raced around a harbour that normally has crocodiles! We behaved like privateers, captains, mutineers and buccaneers.
In my hometown of Sydney I surfed (like in the ocean, not on a couch) with a humpback whale, a pod of dolphins, and sky dove with my sister (who I reckon is heaps braver than me).
Abroad I lived for a week in a Balinese subsistence village, I taught English in Florence Italy, and flew to England with only £1 to my name.
Teach, Learn, Share
Depending on your current level of English I can teach you to speak like an upper-middle-class Aussie in only a few lessons. I really am a good english teacher, please ask.
I also do fire poi, play a little didgeridoo, unicycle, juggle and about to start slackline.
I would like to learn drawing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook, clean, dance, juggle, sing, read stories, recite poetry, garden, care for and or walk pets.
I can share some enthusiasm and curiosity, some happiness and deep thinking, gratitude and well wishes.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Indonesia, Italy, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
