About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoying parenthood!

ABOUT ME

I consider myself unique, I'm always doing things that most people wouldn't (in the good sense!). I simply like to enjoy life as much as I can so I won't have any regrets in the future (or the non-future in case I die tomorrow).

One interesting discovery that I've made this year (UPDATE: this was written in 2006): I've come to France to stay 3 months, so I was thinking: "I just have 3 months in Europe, so I have to make the most out of it". Then I went back to Brazil for 1 month knowing that I would come to France for another 3 months, and I thought: "I just have 1 month here with all my friends, family and things I miss: I have to make the most out of it". Then I came to France again and thought: "OK, last 3 months in Europe, you have to enjoy it!". Then I stopped to think and said: "Hey, why do you need to make the most out of your time and your life only because your changing countries?? You should always live like this!"

It's true, I should always live like this. Then I started to look back at all the things that I've done in life so far and I´ve concluded: "I've always lived like this, I simply had never stopped to think about it" From the lines above you can also conclude that I speak to myself...

PHILOSOPHY

I think that every experience you have in life is valid. Even (or specially) when things don't go the way you expected or something goes wrong, you are always learning something from it, so instead of complaining try to understand what happened and see what you can get out of it.
