ABOUT ME

Hm, what to say?! o.O
I am Jelena, 26 years old, phD student, living in Belgrade for whole my life, but not so often here, as I am traveling a lot. :)
I really enjoy traveling around, and I give my best to see as much as I can. Traveling makes me feel free in this world, I become more tolerant, and meet new people and new cultures. I am always for new experiences, I like to try different stuffs, and to enjoy my life.

As a am studying molecular biology, I am very interested in science, sometimes really into ecology, and protecting our nature, but also I like to discuss about human rights, and tolerance, as I am a member of some youth organizations. :)
I love the Sun, open space, parks, forest and the smell after a rainy day. :)
I like to draw (but I'm not so good), I love to wear colorful clothes, to mix all colors of the world. I also LOVE TO EAT, and to prepare food for other's, and always trying some new recipies, from all around the world.
I love to play board and card games, or even any kind of games.I try to have a lot of friends, as I love to hear people's life stories, and their experiences. :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Building a world which is free, and without borders is my mission, and CS is really a nice way to do that. I give my best to meet a lot of new people, to exchange ideas, and cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a really great CS hosts during my interrail travel through Europe in 2010, in France, Germany, and Holland, and also durign stay in Madrid in March, 2011 :)

Interests

I love to draw, to travel, to be in nature, watching birds, and other animals, and to collect herbs.

I was in a science center, my subject was Chemistry of water, so I am also interested in protecting water from pollution, and also educating people about our nature and environment, as it's very important for us.

I also love to make new things, usually from old stuff, like bags and skirts. :)
