Hey, my name is Valeria or just Lera! My current mission is enjoy every day of my journey which starts in 5 days!
I will visit Tuscany - a dream place where I want to see many beautiful and small villages and towns. I'll pass 3 weeks as a woofer on a farm. At the weekends I'd like to explore the places around. If you wanna join me, just write me.

I'm calm and funny person at the same time! It can happen. I like my ordinary life, but sometimes I need adventures. In that case I take my backpack and go traveling by my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I want to see real life not as a tourist, but as a local person! So it'd be great to meet interesting people and get to know many things about town from them.

Interests

I'm into a cinema and a theater. The first one is my big passion, which I try to realize in my life. I finished some filmmaking courses and shot some student videos. But it looks soo bad.
Also I work as a coordinator in CG studio. We produce visual effects for russian and foreign movies. It's a cool challenge for me work with creative people and see how the film is changing during all periods of its existence.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies. Every day I find out new titles and name. But I'll always love Fellini, Hal Hartley and Edgar Wright.

Music. Tom Waits will be always in my heart and ears.

Books. I'm fan of Russian writers. Chehov, Dostoevskii, Tolstoi. These guys are great. Also we have so many great writers who are not so famous. Andrei Platonov, for example. So yes, I'm not able to talk about English poetry or French novel, but if you ask about Chekhov, just let me know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had a wonderful trip by retro scooter in Crimea! I started my journey in Odessa and finished it in Moscow. It was 2000 km of gorgeous places and kind people on the way.
