About Me

24 years old. Born in Brasilia, capital of Brazil. Studying Graphic and Product Design. Enjoy learning from new cultures, great books, and new experiences. Really addicted to art, theater, and movies.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I was an internship student at Penn State University, I'd got lost in the city and a local helped me get back to the hotel, that experience remided me how people are kind and Generous. So now I desire to show that kindness to everyone who needs help.
love meeting new people, culture, languages and having people over for dinner and lunch or just learning new experiences from new friends, Also like showing people my favorite spots in my hometown.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie, folk, classical and alternative music, but I'm always open to new styles!!!

I'm a little more selective about the movies I chose to watch, the last movie I instantly fell in love with was Grímur Hákonarson's movie: Hrútar. It tells, In a remote Icelandic farming valley, about a fragile relationship between two brothers who haven't spoken in 40 years. but I also have favorites such as Amour by Michael Haneke, Beginners by Mike Mills and the documentary "Marina Abramovic: The Artist Is Present" by Matthew Akers and Jeff Dupre.

My favorite book of all time is By Grand Central I Sat Down and Wept by Elizabeth Smart , but if you have time you should read: A Long Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier by Ishmael Beah, A Hora da Estrela by Clarice Lispector, Bouvard e Pécuchet by Gustave Flaubert and Angústia by Graciliano Ramos.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteer 2 years of my life to help people in there need, and I'm still carrying this amazing experience.
