Also to climb as many boulders as I possibly can.

ABOUT ME

I love rock climbing. It's never far from my mind. I also love adventures, people, places, things and stuff. But most of all I love climbing. If you combined all of these things. You'd meet the happiest man on the planet, possibly the universe!

I firmly believe in treating others how you'd like to be treated. You could say that I've lived my life by that rule, and although I may not agree with your views in life, religion and other philosophies you may believe in. It wont stop me from trying to gain an understanding. How else am I to grow as a person!

Being Irish, I know how to have a good time. And if you let me. I'll show you how to party with the best. I'll even make breakfast to cure the hangover.

I wouldn't call myself a vegetarian but I do try to cut down on meat. I love healthy eating with the odd bit of unhealthy food to balance it out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel and meet people. If it's from a gentle soul willing to share their space with me, then all the better, or if its people wanting to meet up to show me how things work in their town, and to get a real feel for where they call home. I want to see the world through their eyes. Even if it's just a glimpse. There is allot more out there than what I can see, and piece together. A view of someone else's world.

Interests

Well like I said, Rock climbing.
It might seem obvious that I've an obsession with it, and well, that's because I do. Although I've only been climbing for less than two years. It's truly grabbed me. Helped focus my brain and given me confidence in so many ways. It's helped me become physically stronger, and more importantly. Mentally stronger! If you want to try it and provided there's somewhere to climb. Please bring me!

I have lots of other interests. A curious mind to always learn more, and I will try mostly anything once.
I can't play any instruments but I love music of all kinds. I'm not talented at painting/drawing but I love art. I love making things and am imaginative.

Music, Movies, and Books

I haven't read allot of books but I have read Karl Hiaasen a few times.

A good documentary always pulls me in. Game of Thrones is a winner. Although some don't agree.

I will listen to mostly anything but I love Reggae, Dub Reggae, and Disco. Also anything melodic.
Pop does nothing for me but it does for some.

I'm very open minded and will give anything a chance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've fallen 30 feet out of a tree and can still walk. I don't know if that's the kind of amazing story you're looking for.
Maybe it's the self sacrificing. Putting yourself second kinda story. And while I do have one. It might be to personal to display on here.
I am very much an open book, If we meet. I'd happily be open to telling it. You just need to ask.

Teaching, Learning, and Sharing is everything I want to do.
I'll teach you about my culture.........and juggling,
I'll learn everything you're willing to teach me,
and I'll share any knowledge/ wisdom and love that I have.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I've become a very good cook, and love to help clean. I'd give Martha Stewart a run for her money. I'll also share the Irish spirit at her finest. We are a good, caring nation, and I'll be sure to live up to that name.
