ABOUT ME
My friends would most likely say that I am outgoing, caring, nice, dependable, and respectful. They know that I'm always down for a new adventure and am the one making sure that everyone is having a good time. Usually, I'm always the first one to events because I like to be on time.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is only as much as you make of it
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I am new to couch surfing but I'm super excited to begin surfing. After viewing the videos and talking to people about it, I think that this concept is brilliant and is something that I see myself enjoying.
Interests
The things I always find myself seeking for more are: new foods, new music, new literature, and new beers and wines. Besides these essentials, I like doing things that are out of my daily routine such as, snowboarding, hiking, spending time in the beach, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to many genres: pop, trance, rock, classical, hip hop, etc. Ever since I was little, my Dad would always have a record on and I grew up listening to 50's 60's 70's 80's and 90's music. He would also play Mexican music as well.
When it comes to movies, I enjoy watching drama, action, and comedy movies. I don't like "scary" movies because I never understood paying to watch something to scare you. Sounds more like a sick pleasure ;) I can handle gory movies like the Saw movies.
When it comes to books, you will always see me reading something new. Since I am a literature major, I read about six pieces of literature a week... Plays, poems, short stories, short novels, etc. The books I like that, after reading them, give me a new perspective to view the world or my life. I normally don't read to entertain myself. "50 Shades of Grey" is not something you will find me reading. Mitch Albom books are someone of my favorite American books. My all time favorite author is Borges!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Something that I did recently was translate a film from Spanish to English for a film production company out of Mexico City. After completing it, I felt very proud of myself and grateful for having the opportunity to do a work like that.
Teach, Learn, Share
Since I was very young, I've always wanted to become a teacher. I teach Spanish to inspire young minds!
