ABOUT ME

I am traveling and learning to "accept it as it is."

I have recently discovered Vipassana meditation, completing a ten day silent meditation course. Pretty amazing!

I have been a teacher, an Outward Bound instructor, a ski instructor.

I've been doing some WWOOFing of late, and I've very excited about learning more about permaculture! I also think I might want to live in a commune someday!

PHILOSOPHY

If something scares you, chances are that's the thing you must do in order to grow into the kind of person you know you are working to become!
